PMU (brows/liner/lips): A non-refundable deposit secures your artist’s time and supplies. If plans change, you may transfer it once when you reschedule ≥48 hours in advance. ï‚·
-
Non-PMU (lashes/facials, etc.): Deposits are refundable when you cancel ≥24 hours in advance, or fully transferable to a new time.
-
Appointments are confirmed once the deposit is received. Multiple services may require separate deposits.
2) Rescheduling & Cancellations (UPDATED) ï‚·
-
Kind notice helps everyone:
-
≥48h (PMU) / ≥24h (non-PMU) — no fee; we’ll happily move you.
-
Inside the window: We may retain the deposit or charge up to 50% to cover reserved time.
-
-
One courtesy waiver per year for true emergencies—just message us.
3) Running Late (UPDATED)
-
If you expect to be late, please call or text us first. We’ll confirm if the timing is stil workable.
-
We offer a 10–15 minute grace when possible. Beyond this window, appointments may be shortened or rescheduled to respect the next guest’s time.
-
Deposit policy: If arrival is more than 15 minutes late, the deposit is forfeited (non-refundable) and a new deposit may be required to rebook.
-
Head Spa: if late but approved to come, the service time will be proportionally shortened (e.g., fewer steps or reduced durations) to keep the schedule on track.

-
Transparent pricing; promotions apply at checkout and don’t stack unless stated. ï‚·

5) PMU Results & Touch-Ups (UPDATED — KEY RULE)
-
PMU is typically a two-step journey: the initial application plus a perfecting visit.
-
Brows only: includes one complimentary perfecting session within 4–8 weeks of the initial appointment. After 8 weeks, it’s a paid touch-up or new service per current current pricing.
-
All other PMU (eyeliner, lips, etc.): no complimentary touch-up is included.
6) Health & Suitability (UPDATED)
-
PMU clients must be 18+ with government-issued photo ID.
-
Please tell us about pregnancy/breastfeeding, Accutane/isotretinoin, recent peels/lasers, blood thinners, autoimmune conditions, keloid history, or active skin concerns—we’ll advise the safest timing. ï‚·
-
Feeling unwell? Please rest at home. We’ll gladly move your appointment.
7) Guests, Kids & Comfort (UPDATED) ï‚·
-
To keep the room calm and precise, treatment rooms are for clients only. ï‚·
-
Lobby seating is limited; caregivers or translators are welcome—just give us a heads-up.
8) Service Animals (UPDATED) ï‚·
-
ADA service dogs are welcome. (Emotional-support/comfort animals are not service animals under the ADA.) ï‚·
-
Service animals must remain under control; if an animal poses a health/safety risk, we may ask that it be removed and will accommodate the client without the animal. There are no fees for service animals.
9) Refunds & Redos (UPDATED)

Services are non-refundable once performed, but your happiness matters:
